A neighborhood with boat building history and current activity. A short walk down to Manset (rocky) shore. Seawall picnic area is not far away via car/bicycle down the main road as are Wonderland and Ship Harbor trails. Update for 2025: Now with a king bed, desk and washer/dryer combo unit!
