Oorspronkelijk was Casa Zoldan een ruïne uit 1874. In 2013 werd het volledig gerenoveerd en uitgebreid. Het is gelegen in het centrum van Coltura naast de kerk van San Lorenzo en dicht bij de Pedemontana-weg (SP29). Het huis heeft 5 wooneenheden die uitkijken op de grote binnenplaats die eigendom is van de oorspronkelijke muren, waar ook 5 parkeerplaatsen, een buitentafel met banken en een ingebouwde barbecue beschikbaar zijn voor alle gasten van het huis.
