Set in the suburb of Erskineville, five kilometers from downtown, the apartment is around the corner from iconic King Street, home to restaurants, pubs, and shops. The Erskineville, St. Peters, and Newtown stations are a short walk away. Lots of transports close. Easy to get to the city, bus or train. Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

This sun-drenched one-bedroom apartment is located on the top corner of the historic Globe Mills. Originally built in 1921, the former wool mill was converted into luxury apartments in 2006. Atop its perch, sweeping views to the east and south flood the apartment with natural light. Surrounded by trees, the apartment is walking distance to The Factory Theatre, Enmore Theatre, and the hustle and bustle of Newtown.
