The nearest beach is only half an hour away and nearby cities like Granada, Malaga and Cordoba are very easy one day trips. Enjoy the quietness of authentic rural Spain!

Fully renovated in 2019 and with regular updates, it features a bedroom area, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, open terrace, and living room. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a large smart TV.

Uniek appartement direct aan het strand, gelegen op de begane grond. Met het ruime brede zandstrand, de zee en de gezellige sfeer direct voor de deur. Er zijn 2 grote slaapkamers, beide met en-suite badkamer en inloop regendouche. De volledig ingerichte keuken heeft een oven, wasmachine, vaatwasser, broodrooster, fruitpers, et cetera plus alle keukengerei die nodig is heeft voor een langer of korter verblijf. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Snelle wifi is natuurlijk gratis.

Me gusta describir nuestra casa como la casa más pequeña de Comares en la plaza más bonita de Comares (la plaza de los Verdiales). Imagínate sentarte en su terraza mirando la imagen de una plaza de pueblo singular, bella y bien cuidada. Una casita de pueblo sencilla, con personalidad, decorada para hacerte sentir confortable y feliz. Se divide en tres plantas (ojo, no hay ascensor en una casa de pueblo tradicional) la última es una azotea donde podrás ver las montañas más allá del pueblo.
