This one bedroom home is located in south Eugene close to campus. Easy access to I-5, minutes away from the U of O, walking distance to a locally owned grocery store, restaurants, wine shop, & one of Eugene's favorite parks w/ playground, running trails & public pool in summer. There's plenty of space to sleep up to four people, a full kitchen for preparing meals, & a large desk space & fast Wi-Fi for working from home during your trip. This home has all you need for an excellent stay in Eugene!

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. Lone Wolf Cabin is situated on a gated road in a forest setting. It is the only residence on the road. It is about 2 miles from both Oakridge and Westfir which makes it convenient for mountain bike riding, hiking, golfing and dining out. There are both Forest Service Trails and game trails near the cabin. The cabin is rustic with modern conveniences. Weekly discount is $500.00
