Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Welcome to our hidden gem of a home. We live on an acre, tucked in the middle of a quiet neighborhood with many big trees. Our property is fully fenced in, we have an organic garden and a big yard. We are two minutes away from a beautiful, paved walking and biking path that runs for 22 miles along the Willamette River. Downtown Eugene is just three miles away. I strive to provide a clean and comfortable place for you.
