It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Très belle vue sur la baie de NAVARINO depuis la terrasse de 4mX8m, piscine de 3m X 3m.(Non sécurisée) L’appartement construit en 2022, tout le confort, double vitrage, climatisation, ventilation mécanique, wc japonnais. Commerces et place principale à 10 mn à pieds. Baignade dans la magnifique baie de Pylos à 15mn à pieds. Nombreuses plages à moins de 30mn en voiture. Golf international de NAVARINO à 20 mn.

This apartment is in the center of the city, close to the harbor, the commercial center and the old town. You can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are highly recommended). A bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk. You will love this accommodation due to its location and its large terrace with 360 views. Koroni ist ein Fischerdorf mit vielen Stränden und einem noch authentischen Leben, jenseits des üblichen Tourismus. Das Studio liegt nahe am Zentrum. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar.
