Vakantiewoningen met open haard in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation war super :)

Een prachtige plek om een paar dagen te verblijven en tot rust te komen. Het dorpje Clavarezza ligt op een berg, aan het einde van een weg. Geen last van verkeer. In het dorp is niets, alleen de geweldige Osteria van Alessandro. Absolute aanrader om daar lekker te gaan eten. Het onderkomen is simpel, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Het mooie uitzicht, het heerlijke terras en de sauna merken het helemaal af. Zelfs de kerkklok neem je graag voor lief!

Fijn vakantieverblijf in een klein buurtschap met prachtig uitzicht naar de zee en talloze olijfgaarden. Hier vandaag kun je in 20 minuten naar het strand lopen over een stijl looppad of met een kleine bus die hier regelmatig stopt. Met de auto kunnen we niet aanraden want die kun je nauwelijks parkeren.

Casa fabulosamente decorada. Muy cómoda para mi hija, mi esposa y yo. Grandes detalles de Cris a ayudarnos a ubicar para conocer Genova y Portofino. Recomendable completamente para desplazarse en tren. Sin duda, buen lugar para volver

What a warm welcome this was. Manuela is such a wonderful host; she makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy the best holiday. The house is even better than the pictures: comfortable, clean and pittoresque. Bargone is a peaceful Village full of kind people and beautiful views! Get your morning espresso & treat downstairs at Carlo’s and dine on top of the Hill at Robbie and his wife’s local restaurant. La dolce vita!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von neun Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Rosa. Patricia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, das Haus hat viel Charakter, die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und kreativ. Besonders toll fanden wir den Garten mit Pergola-Sitzplatz. Wir haben uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten und haben die Weitsicht, die relative Ruhe und den kurzen Weg zum Meer runter sehr genossen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa sehr empfehlen.

Une jolie petite maison absolument impeccable située un peu en retrait d'une route assez passante à 3kms du centre-ville de Chiavari et du bord de mer, facilement accessible en voiture et où nous avons pu garer notre voiture en toute sécurité. La maison possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin, voire plus. Le linge est impeccable et tout est très propre. Une fois dans la maison, vous serez au calme et le petit jardin charmant permet de profiter de l'extérieur, même si on perçoit un peu le bruit de la route aux heures de pointe. Notre chien a bien apprécié. Il y a même les gamelles pour votre chien!! La salle de bain est toute neuve et un barbecue tout neuf vous attend pour vos grillades. Chiavari est une très jolie ville, en particulier son centre historique. La gare est en plein centre et vous permet de voyager facilement jusqu'aux Cinque Terre. Notre hôte s'est montré très accueillant et très réactif au moindre souci. Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour chez Christian!

We hebben genoten van het huis van Alice. We waren met 2 volwassen en 2 honden. De ruimte binnen is hier perfect voor. Het is compleet qua inrichting en heeft een goed bed en genoeg kastruimte. Buiten is wat de plek echt bijzonder maakt. Een heerlijke (afgesloten) bostuin met gezellige zitjes en een rivier. In de zomer fantastisch om zelf in af te koelen, nu hebben de honden er vooral van genoten. Omgeving is rustig, groen en perfect voor lange wandelingen of fietstochten. Communicatie met Alice is perfect. Ze doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken en heeft veel kennis en liefde van de omgeving waardoor ze je leuke tips kan geven. Ze heeft ons zeer warm ontvangen en uitgezwaaid, en we komen dan ook graag nog eens terug op deze prachtige plek!

Il mio è stato un soggiorno di quasi due mesi quindi i dettagli che possono avermi spiazzato al principio sono in realtà del tutto irrilevanti per soggiorni brevi. La casa è molto bella. Elisabetta è donna di grandi risorse, massima cura per gli ospiti, grande calore ed efficienza immediata in ogni circostanza. L'appartamento è molto curato, qualche eccentrico dettaglio che lo rende assai unico e pulitissimo. Dotato di ogni elettrodomestico desiderato. Stoviglie bellissime. Letto comodo. Unici nei, ad essere pignoli, arrivano dal rumore della strada per chi è particolarmente sensibile. Penso però che i bellissimi infissi d'epoca saranno presto adeguati all'ormai troppo invasivo traffico. Qualche mobile in più che nelle foto non figura ancora e che ha leggermente mutato l'immagine complessiva. È un alloggio che consiglio e un incontro fortunato.

Incredible host and an incredible place to stay. The views were unbeatable and such a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. This was ideal for me and my husband! The host was so sweet and offered us some fresh lemons and oranges from her tree and the place was stunning. We also ate at the local restaurant and played tennis early morning at the neighborhood court by the sea and loved it. The house is a bit of a trek from the train station by foot (lots and lots of hills and stairs)—this was doable for us since we’re big hikers to begin, but if I came back with my parents I would definitely have to get a car to drive to the property rather than walk. Overall, lovely place to stay!!

Tout était parfait ! Appartement extrêmement propre et très confortable. La vue est incroyable depuis les balcons. Situé proche de la charmante ville de Moneglia. On peut s’y rendre à pied. Malgré le temps un peu maussade nous avons pu passé un bon séjour. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite. Merci à Stéphano. Dès que possible nous reviendrons.

Ho prenotato una sola notte perché avevo un corso di lavoro nella stessa via dell’ alloggio. Svetlana è stata molto chiara e disponibile fin da subito. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’appartamento di Paola. Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e disponibilità. Abbiamo apprezzato il modo di fare di Paola che ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La pulizia dell’abitazione era impeccabile. La vista mare è un punto di forza. Avevamo a disposizione un giardino con tavolini e sedie per rilassarsi. Possiamo dire che in futuro prenderemo in considerazione di tornarci perché è raro trovare una location così bella e un trattamento impeccabile. Grazie ancora a Paola per aver reso questo soggiorno meraviglioso.

Het verblijf was een bijzondere ervaring. Het appartement ligt midden in het dorpje. Aangezien het niet toeristisch is, kun je echt ervaren hoe het is om tussen de Italianen te wonen. De mensen in het dorp waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een heel goede traiteur, met verse broodjes, wijn, pasta, vleeswaren, groente, fruit, etc. Ook is er een barretje waar je koffie kunt drinken en een pizzeria, deze was niet open toen wij er waren. Op korte rijafstand zijn verschillende goede restaurants. Je hoort het geluid van de bovenburen, maar dit was verder niet storend. Het appartement is mooi opgeknapt en biedt alles wat nodig is. Er is een balkon en een tuintje waar je in de zon kunt zitten, het zou fijn zijn als hier ook foto's van op de website staan, evenals van het uitzicht. Nicolette is erg behulpzaam en altijd aanwezig voor tips. We hebben een aantal prachtige wandelingen in de buurt gemaakt, o.a. naar Monte Antola vanuit Bavastrelli!! We komen graag nog eens terug!

Nous étions 3 en famille, Mauro nous attendait, ponctuel et sympathique. Il a prit le temps de nous recevoir dans son appartement sous les toits. Les fenêtres donnent sur la Mer. Le garage est très pratique et tout se fait à pieds, en bateau, en bus ou en train … Mauro nous a conseillé efficacement sur les bonnes adresses de Camogli. Hôte à recommander un sans fautes. Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Super séjour ! La maison se mérite car il faut gravir de nombreuses marches pour arriver à bon port. Le jardin est très agréable et est très bien entretenu et la maison est décorée avec goût. Giuseppe s’est rendu très disponible. Merci pour tout.

Stefano is by far, one of the best hosts! He was engaging, warm, kind, and informative. He greeted us upon arrival, describing all the things to see in the area and made us feel welcomed & at home immediately. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations. Ristorante Nonna Nina was amazing! With only two full days in town, our options were limited. However, Stefano fully explained the ferry schedules along the coast and told us not to miss seeing Camogli! He was right! It was spectacular! Portofino was beautiful too, of course. On our second morning Stefano even brought us some locally made focaccia bread, which is one of the specialties of the region. The onion flavored was a big hit. There were six of us traveling and we all wished we had more time to stay here. The view of Camogli from the back yard is unbelievable. We also wished we had the opportunity to see the sunset, which would have been amazing for sure! You won't be disappointed staying at Rustico VIP! Stefano is awesome!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, qui a un charme fou. Rien n’est laissé au hasard dans la décoration. La propreté est irréprochable. Gio est un hôte parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine!

We were 3 generations, so really enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. There is not much to add to all the nice things previous guests have said about this lovely old house in a lovely place. Ivo is a delightful and very interesting host. The house is beautiful and beautifully maintained.. Be aware that the roads throughout the mountains are steep and narrow; also the coastal resorts are very busy, with parking a challenge. We took the suggestion and went to the Cinque Terre by train for the day - driving there would have been impossible! There's lots of good hiking in the area, including exploring from the door, and we did several others using Alltrails. We all loved our stay.
