We really enjoyed our stay in Quito at Mildred’s place! It had everything we needed. The building was quiet and secure. The security guards on staff were super friendly and available 24/7. Check in and out was a breeze. The location in La Floresta neighborhood is great. There are tons of restaurants and even a few breweries within walking distance. We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant a couple blocks away. Mildred was very responsive and flexible with our super late check-in, and arranged a taxi to the airport at check-out. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Es una casa muy bonita razón por la que prolongue la estancia, muy tranquilo y seguro, nada de bulla. La vista de la casa es impresionante desde la terraza y cuarto principal. Paul es un gran anfitrión también. todo estuvo genial.

Very good house with 4 rooms and 2 living rooms. Plenty of space, I would definitely recommend this for a large family, and/ or a large groups of friends.

Always a lovely experience. Great location yet very peaceful.

muy buena estadía. nada que objetar, todo estuvo excelente y sin novedades, recomendado al 100%, siempre estuvieron en contacto desde al inicio hasta el final. simplemente gracias por esa atención de calidad y calidez.. felicitaciones..

El lugar no es como en las fotos.. es MEJOR. El dueño siempre contestó rápido, muy amable, nos dejaron agüita para tomar incluso. Es limpio, amplio, las ventanas grandes que permiten paso de luz. La zona muy segura, muy linda, la cafeteria del frente es buenísima recomiendo probarla. El depa hermoso en verdad, sin problemas, volveríamos acá!

Disfrute mucho mi estadía, Marcela es una buena anfitriona, el departamento está en todo el corazón comercial de Quito, cerca a la Carolina, restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, etc.

Muy buen apartamento. muy bien ubicado en Cumbaya. Se puede caminar a zonas de restaurantes y cafés.

Quedé muy contenta con mi estadía, pequeños detalles con el uso de las instalaciones que Silvana resolvió de inmediato, pero fuera de eso el lugar es precioso, limpio, volvería sin duda, recomiendo el lugar es hermoso y muy limpio que es lo que más me encantó, la ubicación es ideal.
