Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

A stones throw from Morgan Marine and Red Jacket park. Walking distance from restaurants and a public beach. Master bedroom on main floor with queen bed and access to bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs and large bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.
