A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

It offers serenity in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to countless wineries, breweries and distilleries. The cabin is where memories are forged, belly laughs are had, and adventures await. Peaceful Finger Lakes Studio

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay. As of 2025, New York State charges sales tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space.

Penn Yan/Keuka Lake/Wine Trail, Outlet Trail Cabin

2016 Cabin borders the Keuka Lake Outlet/Trail. The Keuka Lake Outlet is the waterway that runs from Keuka Lake to Seneca Lake. The Outlet trail is a 6+ mile walking/biking trail with great views, waterfalls, etc. Cabin has heat/A.C, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, USB charging outlets for cell phones. Outdoor cook grill and fire pits for campfires. If more sleeping capacity is needed let us know ahead and we can park our camper there for you (added fee)

Our special place sits upon 5 quiet acres on the majestic Seneca Lake. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.
