Gorgeous top floor Lake Conroe condo with free access to boat slip, boat ramp, kayaks, Yacht Club dining and pool, Racquet Club tennis, heated lap pool, fitness center, Lakeside Grille with live music. It's located in the closest building to the lake with the best views and the biggest size in the entire complex. Large kitchen and vaulted ceilings. Previous guests loved how clean our condo is, ideal location, beautiful view, and the many amenities plus boat rentals, golf, walking/biking trails.

Town Home located on Walden Golf Course. Close to Margaritaville. Open floor plan with granite and stainless steel appliances and a Smart TV Restaurants near by as well as Lake Conroe with a private boat ramp, tennis courts, fitness center and outdoor pools. Town Home is sparkling clean. It is located in a gated community, so feel safe and secure. There is a pool within steps of the front door. All three bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms. Half bath downstairs.
