Our pet-friendly accommodation features a secure, self-contained garden, for your furry friends. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Midlands Meander. We’re just 12 km from Michaelhouse and a 20-minute drive to either Howick or Nottingham Road, perfect for either wedding guests or holidaymakers.

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

Bourne View

Bourne View is a spacious, welcoming, 2 bedroom home in Gowrie Village. It is a short walk to coffee shops and gym, and yet gives a feeling of being in the countryside. The uninterrupted views from the enclosed verandah with sliding glass doors, offer a peaceful space to relax or listen to birds. The garden is a rare feature that sets the house apart from many village homes. The Cosy Nook at Bourne View is a separate unit with its own entrance and garden. It will be bookable from July.

Yellowwoods Farm - WILLOUGHBYS COTTAGE

We like to think that we have the best of both worlds here at Yellowwoods! The benefits of farm life, yet easy access to cafes, restaurants, bicycles trails, farmers markets, golf courses and schools. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, situated on the picturesque Midlands Meander route. . This cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, shower, toilet and a basin. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities. Guests also have the use of complimentary Wi-Fi and TV with streaming service during their stay. Shaded undercover parking is available on-site.

Vista Road Farm Cottage

Relax with the whole family on this working farm nestled in the bends of the Mooi River. Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

Thatched country cottage situated in the Rosetta area (halfway between Nottingham Road and Mooi River). The carpeted cottage (close to our home) with a private entrance, consists of: - a bedroom (double-bed), - lounge, workstation, lounge chairs and sleeper-couch, - kitchenette and - shower area. Private courtyard with a patio table and chairs. Situated on a small holding with the Mooi river 250m from the cottage. Guests will be able to paddle on, walk or rest at the river.
