This newly decorated villa located in a small village in central Istria can accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa is conceived in three floors. The lower floor consists of a swimming pool and a terrace. Above the pool and covered sun deck there is an outdoor kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator and barbecue, and a dining table of 12 seats with a view of the beautiful landscape. The central floor consists of living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, and on the same level there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, as well as an additional bathroom. The top floor consists of three bedrooms with private bathrooms, two of the three bedrooms have an extra sofa that can serve as an extra bed.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
