De villa biedt 260 m² privacy in alle rust en veiligheid voor maximaal 6 personen. Hoewel de Sunshine Villa al 22 jaar oud is, verkeert deze in redelijke staat. Wij vragen de onverslaanbare prijs, bezetting met 6 personen! Ontspan voor het terras van de Sunshine Villa met zwembad, dat wordt omgeven door een tropische tuin. De villa heeft een eigen pooltafel. Bij het inchecken wordt de elektriciteitsmeter geregistreerd en worden we apart contant gefactureerd aan 8 THB / KWh.
