Quaint, 1 bedroom, basement apartment in the heart of beautiful Amelia Island! Apartment boasts luxurious king size bed, leather sofa (living room area is in bedroom mini-suite), smart TV (free wifi but signal can get spotty), custom tiled 3/4 bath, full kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, and a shared yard/garden with adirondack chairs and porch swings! Located beneath the live oaks in the middle of the island, just off the bike trail and only a 1 mile walk/ride to beautiful Peter's Point Beach!

Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. Please note that there is no kitchen. Only a microwave and mini fridge. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

Cute, clean efficiency apartment within a larger home. Completely private with separate entry door. Luxury vinyl "wood" flooring, Memory foam mattress. Appliances include dorm fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet. Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!
