Sheila’s place was gorgeous, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It was more spacious than we expected! Plenty of room for 3 adults, and we could have easily accommodated a fourth. A quick walk to the beach and a bit of a longer walk to local restaurants and shops made getting around very easy. We didn’t have a car so walkable was important to us. The walks were down tree lined streets with beautiful houses, so they were pleasant and enjoyable. We plan on staying again when we find ourselves in the Chicago area.

Enjoyed staying here — loved the view and proximity to great sites and shopping. Stephanie let us drop off our bags early (so helpful). When we checked in later, she was attentive and responsive. Good communication.

Nancy provided great instructions for check in and even saved us a parking spot in the street when we arrived. She was very proactive with communication during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was cleaning and welcoming.

We were super comfortable at Michael’s place. All of the furniture was cozy and clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our family of 4 too. The location was perfect and getting in and out of the place was a breeze. We felt like we belonged in the space.

These hosts are lovely as is this space. The amenities are wonderful and go beyond what they would need to provide - making travel easier! The apartment is spacious, comfy and clean. The area is full of places to go and also right on the Clark bus line, making access to the rest of the city easy peasy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location! Safe and clean building. I do wish I had more control over the AC. It got a little warm some days but the fan helped. Host was really responsive!

I was there with 2 friends for a guys weekend and a Saturday Cubs game. The stadium was walkable and Terry was great. We had a small hiccup when checking in but was completely my fault. Terry was home and helped us get in. For what we needed it was perfect.

Dorothy’s place was clean, good location, comfortable bed and great amenities. We’d definitely stay here again! She was also very kind and helpful!

Tsegie was gracious, responsive, and helpful. The home had every amenity listed, and the neighborhood was quiet with plentiful street parking. A few areas needed cleaning, but Tsegie had the housekeeper over within an hour to address. There were plenty of towels and linens, and my two kids (5 and 2.5) loved the backyard, which is spacious and fully fenced. Checking in and out was a breeze, and there was a fantastic new TV (75 inch?) with a soundbar for a cozy and entertaining living room. The basement is huge with an open floor for more kid-friendly play space, and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom that was also a hit with the kids. A few items could use attention, like a few out light bulbs, a tub that needs paint, and a broken drawer. But overall, the place was in good shape. There were holiday decorations out, but other than that, the pictures were accurate. Very well regulated thermostat had the temp perfect throughout. I recommend this rental for families or those needing extra space.

An amazing host, went above and beyond to accomodate for our needs (we needed to leave bags in the house later than check out, which she allowed and we are very thankful for) - a beautiful house in a beautiful neighbourhood! Highly recommend :)

This is great, quiet little neighborhood; it doesn’t feel like you’re in a big city. It was nice to go to a couple Cubs games, hang out in the city, enjoy the amazing food, and then head back to a quiet space. Specifically, Junni was very responsive and friendly. We had a couple little snafus that were all me but Junni was there to help and that’s unusual in my experience. I highly recommend and will do it again!

This is a Beautiful Home, with a peaceful atmosphere. A Great place to walk into and relax after a long trip, and spacious enough for a small group to enjoy one another's company without feeling overcrowded. 2 Full Refrigerators and 2 Full size stoves makes this location a rare find.

Tudo perfeito, Thatheu é um excelente anfitrião, sempre responde rapidamente, a acomodação é perfeita, com uma estrutura excelente e a localização é muito boa, pois tem ônibus e uma estação de metrô bem pertinho que leva ao aeroporto e também para os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Thatheu deixou água, leite e outras coisinhas, super gentil. O bairro é muito tranquilo, com boa estrutura de restaurante, mercado, lavanderia, dollar tree…

Good location restaurants and shopping not far. House was clean, great space and provided the basics. First night wasn't working the host responded immediately and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues!

Florin was amazing! The place was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. I had a couple questions upon arrival and he was very quick to respond and help troubleshoot something- even offered to come over to check something out if needed. He was extremely flexible and was able to accommodate a later check out for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the house and were very pleased with the cleanliness and warm feeling the house provided. The charm of the house and the neighborhood was an added bonus for our trip and we would love to stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

We had a great stay! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. There are tons of nice touches throughout, and we definitely relaxed when we were there! The only issue we had is that ubers kept getting the wrong directions/address, but when we used the gyro shop as a pick up/drop off spot, we were fine. The location is in walking distance of Wrigley Field, and great restaurants and thrift shops, and public transit. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Chicago!

We were in town visiting our son for Easter and this place was exactly what we needed. Unbeknownst to me, my son lives in the building behind the Rambler Inn so it was so convenient. My daughter drove in from Ohio so the parking space was a bonus. The house was very spacious for the four of us and we were able to have family meals in the dining room. The hosts were great about communicating and we definitely plan on staying again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautifully decorated the space is. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, making it feel both cozy and stylish. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to know that help is just a message away! The location is fantastic—perfectly situated to explore the local sights and hidden gems. I loved being able to step out and find great restaurants and shops within walking distance. One of my favorite features was the record player! It added a nostalgic touch to my mornings and evenings, allowing me to unwind with some great tunes. And let’s not forget about the shower—it was absolutely breathtaking! It felt like a spa experience every time I stepped in. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return! Five Stars!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! Thank you Wendy, Matt, and your co-hosts for helping to make our time in Chicago wonderful!

Great stay!! Perfect location and it suited our family and dogs wonderfully while we weee in Chicago for 4 nights. I passed this listing along to a friend who is looking to stay in the same area. Overall great experience and we loved our time there!

My family of 6 had a great stay at Ari’s. The space was very clean with lots of thoughtful touches. Ari was a flexible and accommodating host, and check in instructions couldn’t have been clearer. Location is just a 10-15 min walk from the red line. Toiletries were provided and appreciated. Would highly recommend!
