2 Bed Beach-House. Footsteps to Sea & Marina

Swansea Marina really is the perfect location. The house is just footsteps from the sea front, the cycle track to Mumbles, swansea town centre, the bus & train station, the shops, universities, bars & restaurants. The house is set out over three stories (**with the ground floor converted to a separate airbnb self contained flat). The second floor consists of living/dining room with Juliet balcony with partial sea views, kitchen with sit-out balcony. 3rd floor consists of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The atmosphere in the "Guesthouse" is one of relaxation and comfort, a "home from home" this is achieved through a high standard of cleanliness, solid but stylish furniture and fittings, colour coordination and that little bit of magic. It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly unstress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine.
