The place is very spacious and is very clean. We like the extra little details like having charging cables and adaptors, first aid kits, and office supplies. The location is safe with security at the gate and is conveniently located close to a grocery and other restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

Renz is very responsive when it comes to inquiries and he also gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. He is also very considerate of his guests and allowed us to checkout an hour later than the checkout time. His place was exactly as it looks like in his listing! It has everything a vacationer needs. Toiletries, tissue, and towels are provided for each guest. The unit also have complete dinnerware, microwave, refrigerator and utensils for cooking. The interior, fast internet and readily available netflix makes the place very cozy! And let's not forget the very comfortable bed and pillows that makes your sleep really well after a day's exploring! Will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we go to Bacolod! Highly recommended. 💯

Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

If you're looking for 5-Star, you've found the right place. You will NOT be disappointed. The Host, Jim, has an immaculate apartment in the fixture, fittings, furniture and amenities - the quality of everything in the apartment stands out. I've stayed here a number of time now and the responsiveness of Jim has been outstanding - Offering suggestions and helping out with questions above and beyond the rental of the apartment. My stays were often for multiple weeks and as such his team would do a weekly clean which always resulted in a complete reset with everything completely back to the day I first walked in. A truely exception gem on Airbnb!!

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

Excellent host. Lovely place! Stay was overall wonderful. :) Apartment is as pictured but, best for 2-4 pax only who are very close because the beds are small. Place is small for more than 4 adults. Washing machine was usable but broken when we stayed there but is super convenient for those who stay longer than a few days. Street parking is hard if you have a vehicle. Masskara chicken (yum!) and Quinos (use the coffee maker!) are just outside the village along with All Home.

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Will come again for our next trip to Bacolod City.

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

We have a good stay at this place. Warm and cozy. Good for family. Kitchen is very functional,we were able to cook. AC is working great and lots of ceiling fans all over the house. The host is responsive.

It’s a well-appointed space, with very comfortable bed & nice decor. The location is a very convenient. Just a walking distance from 7eleven & Metro Mall. Feels like home. Ms.Gera is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Tera’s place was worth every penny. It’s located near Festive Walk which made it easier for us to navigate to the mall, shops, restaurants and bars at night. The description of the unit is as described, and even more remarkable in person. The place was kept clean, and very roomy. Teta was very communicative throughout the whole booking and responsive when we had questions. Such a kind host as well. We will definitely stay and recommend Tera’s unit again!

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. The place is the same as described. It is spacious and clean. It also has the amenities that I needed - microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and kettle. The location is very peaceful and I would really recommend booking this place if you want to relax from the busy city. There’s a nearby supermarket, restaurants and cafes which was really convenient. The host is also friendly and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to understand.

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉

I would like to commend the host for being responsive to all my queries and concerns. He goes out his way to refill my drinking water and made me comfortable during my stay.
