As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The Flamingo in Neskowin

Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. Set high above the ocean with views from almost every room the Flamingo is the most delightful spot in town. Enjoy miles of sandy beach just outside your door punctuated with craggy rock croppings for dramatic views or wander through the village to view the historic cottages. The enchanting peace of this small town with 2 restaurants and a grocery store will remain with you long after you depart.

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. SeaBeast Condo of Neskowin is an oceanfront 3rd floor within Proposal Rock Inn. 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony located within the small town of Neskowin, OR. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.
