You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.

Update: Texas currently experiencing a drought the lake is extremely low. The waterfall feature is broken on the pool. I'll update when fixed. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower with a rain head and rain water! The bedroom has a queen bed that is very comfortable. The living room has a queen size Murphy Bed.
