The River Kennet runs through the grounds leading to the canal and towpaths making visiting Hungerford and Newbury a pleasure by foot or bicycle. Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.
