Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

I would highly recommend staying with Paulina if you are in the Chattanooga area. The views are absolutely AMAZING! But even if it weren't for the view, Paulina's place is still easily five star. Everything is so neat and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is also the convenience of the location! Close enough to all the attractions in the area, and yet not right in middle of it all. Just a wonderful stay; highly recommended!

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

It was awesome to sit in front of the windows over looking the river to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The place was clean and felt like home. It is very close to everything.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

It was very nice well-appointed, with everything we needed. Enjoyed the location. It couldn't have been much closer to the incline railroad. It was convenient to Lookout Mountain and the battlefields, and the local restaurants in walking distance were great

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

This house was wonderful! The location was walking distance to several great restaurants and fun things to do. Check in was very easy and the house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings! We come to Chattanooga often and this will definitely be our go-to for a place to stay. The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Great location on Chattanooga's North Shore. Very clean. Nice beds. Easy walk to grocery store, dining, etc. Just across the river from downtown Chattanooga. You need to be able to manage steps as there are a few getting in and out. Owner was very responsive and anxious to help us have a good stay.

Derek always goes above and beyond to accommodate my family's stay during my journey to a new back. His home is always home away from home for me recovery. I 10000% recommend his home for your travels. Peaceful, quiet, homey, relaxing and well worth the cost. Best host I've ever encountered.

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

From check in to check out, this place was great. Awesome location, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Extremely clean, there is a no shoes in the house rule that really helps make this place feel like home. The steps are steep going up and down to the bedrooms but that is common in this area due to the terrain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 share a bathroom that has extra sink outside the toilet, bathtub, and sink area. The other bathroom is in the master suite which has an amazing closet. Bonus, There is a workout room upstairs! The main floor has an eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and a billiards room. 2 car garage access, fire pit and deck. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. Will definitely book next time!!

This may be the best experience I have had with an Airbnb listing. The house is lovely and comfortable, and the amenities provided here are literally above and beyond. We were extremely impressed to find a brand new sponge at the kitchen sink, unopened bars of soap in the bathrooms, fluffy towels in more than adequate numbers, high quality bathroom tissue, comfortable beds with crisp sheets, dresser drawers that were clean and inviting, every conceivable type of coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners provided, as well as bottled water in the fridge and bagged snacks in the kitchen. We very much enjoyed using the deck on the back of the house, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet while in the middle of lots to do. This is the place I will always try to stay when I have the chance to go to Chattanooga.

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

It was my first time in Chattanooga and this was the perfect place to stay! We visited for a few days during the week and Katie’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, wonderful bathroom and kitchen, great location that was just down the road from a beautiful coffee shop and walkable to so many things. Her thorough instructions and house guidebook / manual were greatly appreciated. The space itself is clean, beautiful, cozy and modern. We felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Katie’s space, thanks for everything!

this studio was SUCH a steal!!! i loved the layout. the hosts did an amazing job and giving detailed instructions for check-in/out. we had no issues our entire stay. was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do, and the area felt so quiet and safe.
