Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Situated at 1,000 m a.s.l, it is the perfect starting point for any activities in the mountains or to enjoy swimming in the lake of our village. The landscape between the so-called Pinzgauer Grasberge, the Hohe Tauern National Park, Zell am See/Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps is beautiful and offers numerous activities in nature. Het appartement bevindt zich op de 1e en 2e etage van de boerderij en beschikt over 14 comfortabele slaapplaatsen. Voor een heerlijke zomer- en/of wintervakantie.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.
