The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 40 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Batemans Bay precinct is a leisurely, flat 20 minute stroll across the beautiful Clyde river. Enjoy all that Surfside and Batemans Bay has to offer with some nice restaurants, cafes and pubs overlooking the water. Or perhaps some swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and boating is more your style.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
