On the deck you have a panoramic view of lake Ontario, Wellington and its massive open fields. Your only 2 minutes away from multiple wineries, beaches, Downtown Wellington and all the amazing restaurants and shops it has to offer! Have a fire or get comfortable after a long day at the beach or sideways after a wine tour 😉.

Sleep to sound of waves, the property is located literally on the creak. Massive windows overlook the water, that sparkles in the morning sun. Luxury bathroom with soak tub and stand in shower. Property is located on a beautiful trail, 2 minutes walk from a waterfall and historic park. 2 small grocery stores are nearby, one of them stocks costco items. Location is right off the highway and near kingston. 10 minute drive to kingston, 15-20 to Queens. No bus routes here. Car recommended
