For larger groups you also can rent the garden flat that sleeps another four guests. Kensal Rise has lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It's a short walk to the overground, a 10-15 minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a 1st storey contemporary apartment. This is an ideal space for a couple, or business travellers. There is one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage space and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. In the sitting room, there is a sofa bed, if needed. The room enjoys a balcony with great views and great sunsets. A perfect spot to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or cup of tea.

The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.
