Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Normalmente io vivo in questa casa a cui sono particolarmente affezionata qui è possibile vivere ed apprezzare i paesaggi , la tradizione e la quiete tipiche dell’Alto Adige. Spero che anche l’ospite possa apprezzare e percepire le mie stesse sensazioni ed emozioni. La casa è luminosa ed accogliente con zona soggiorno-pranzo da cui si accede al balcone affacciato su valli e vette dolomitiche, una camera da letto, un bagno . Per ospiti superiori a 4 persone viene messa a disposizione la mansarda.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Het appartement "Kruma - Bankl 1" is gelegen in Olang in de beroemde Drie Pieken regio van de Dolomieten. De naam van het gebouw "Kruma" betekent "winkel in algemene goederen" en het was een voormalige ontmoetingsplaats voor jonge en oude mensen die hier algemene goederen kwamen leveren. Het appartement met uitzicht op de bergen bestaat uit een woon/eetkamer met een slaapbank en een goed uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is dus geschikt voor 4 personen.
