Located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery and general store, you will find living here easy and convenient. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes around and most tourist locations in Panjim are a short drive away.

Meditation, mental calmness & clarity was our main focus when creating this beautiful space. Built in a Hexagonal style, it is a space that immediately soothes, calms and refreshes one’s entire being. Surrounded on all sides with old Goan style stained glass windows that overlook the garden, this space is ideal when one wants to recharge and rejuvenate. I have also setup a work desk. I have designed a very Zen style open plan garden kitchen with a stunning bamboo groove as a backdrop.
