Tropicabana at the Beach

Small studio cabin nestled in the corner of our family property, located less than 100m from the beach in the lovely relaxed Ruakākā village. Our cabin provides a private get away for 2 guests and dogs are welcome too! The bathroom is outside - a private outdoor shower and toilet, a little bit different to the norm! The cabin features a big bed and a cute private courtyard to sit and enjoy the sun. Please note - there are no cooking facilities but there is coffee/tea, a toaster and bar fridge.

The ultimate beach holiday for a couple, with all the basic amenities taken care of and the bonus of being right beside the water. Here, you can enjoy the very safe beach on your front doorstep and laze under the shade of Pohutukawa trees. There are excellent boat launching facilities nearby, and an incredible harbour to explore. We have two bikes available for you to use.

Comfortable self-contained cabin for 2, sitting upon a stunning private hilltop site overlooking Taurikura Bay in Whangarei Heads. Affordable peace, quiet and privacy is our aim (1 night stays available most days). Grass camping site space available (campers #3-8 will need to bring own tent/bed/linen). I can provide made up floor mattresses for guests #3-4 if you are happy to share the small cabin space. Safe ample parking available on site.

We have a new modern two bedroom home with amazing views out to The Poor Knights Islands and over looking Dolphin Bay.There are many beautiful bays and interesting bush walks all within 10 minutes travel of our property.The Tutukaka Marina is a 5 minute drive where there are resturants and local shops.
