This is a very special location and the Shepherd’s Hut was extremely well appointed with everything we needed. Lovely for a back-to-basics getaway: no power sockets or internet just lovely nature. Very comfortable bed, just beware if you like your feet to hang over the end of the bed, there’s no room for that!

Loved the location and the shepherds hut was perfect! Great for a night or two in an idyllic setting with stunning views, great walk and the perfect perch pub within a few mins walk away. The log fire burner was a bonus providing a warm cosy atmosphere. I loved the sound of the birds singing as well.

We had such a lovely, relaxing time during our stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was thoughtfully set up and made us feel right at home. Communication with Jon was easy and smooth from start to finish. We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to, just 15 minutes, but out of the sprawl of Oxford; in beautiful farmland with fabulous walks and charming pubs, rivers for dipping into. Beautifully decorated space with everything one needs, quietly located in the corner of a field. Really comfortable bed with cushions, perfect place to read, with good light and a window. Recommend local-ish Mason Arms for relaxed coffee and papers. Good shower and thoughtful makeup mirrors in communal bathroom. Very quick response (booked hours before!) and kind and welcoming welcome.

I booked this for my parents in law and Sue was brilliant. Very warm and welcoming and was happy for us to visit them as much as we liked. Beautiful garden with beautiful views, will definitely be booking again.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Swift Shepherds Hut! Spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need. The hot tub was a perfect addition at the end of a busy day exploring! Thank you Caroline❤️

We had a great stay. Rachel and her family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed walks around the hut and some local pubs, reccomended by Rachel. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.

Great place, great location, great host And also able to book for the one night as many others have a minimum of two nights. The views from the shepherds hut is outstanding and Mark was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay again

Beautiful shepherd’s hut and included everything we’d need for a couple days break. Great privacy but with the safety of not being in a field on our own! The wood fired hot tub and bbq/fire pit were a great additional and we made use of the games too.

I've been staying at Mandys Air bnb for around 12 months during my visits to Oxfordshire for work. Mandy and Martin are really friendly and the extra touches they offer in terms of snacks and drinks are really appreciated. Alas this may be my last stay for work as I had accepted a new job closer to home. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. Hopefully I will be back for a holiday in the near future.

A lovely stay in the shepherd's hut at Bruern Farm, stunning peaceful location making it a great place for some r&r, with everything you could need. The fire pit a real bonus to take advantage of the weather we luckily had, lots to do and see. A great breakfast at the Bruern farm shop cafe, lovely trips to Burford (the garden co. is a must if your a gardener), food at The Fox in Barrington (lovely setting by the river) and The Old Shed.

Honestly probably the best air bnb stay we have ever had and we will be back! The place is easy find and absolutely spotless. All the little extras Jennie puts out are so cute and make the stay feel even more special! The eggs were incredible! The hot tub is easy to use and a great addition, plus the little stove is great for cooking up small tapas style dishes. If you are looking for an escape to switch off and read a good book with a glass of wine then this is for you!

We had such a wonderful stay at Aimee & Andy’s shepherds hut! The hut itself was beautifully renovated - really cosy & thoughtfully finished - it had everything you could need and more. Aimee was an amazing host: she provided lots of helpful information before and during our stay, got the hot tub ready for us, and gave us a warm welcome, taking time to show us how everything worked. There were also lovely little treats left for us which was a very generous touch. The log-fired hot tub was a real highlight — absolutely perfect for relaxing in the evenings and the log fire BBQ added a really fun touch to our stay. The location is perfect, with horses and rabbits in the field just behind the hut and deer roaming through the meadow. We couldn’t recommend this place more — we can’t wait to come back!

This was a beautiful place to stay, right next to everything we wanted to visit in the Cotswolds. Small space but all you would need for two people. Felicity was very active in responding to our messages and making sure our stay was as good as possible. Couldn't ask for any more from our host! Thank you again.

Amazing stay, we loved every minute. The setting is beautiful and so peaceful. The accommodation was so clean and the bed was super comfy! Loved the use of the hot tub and sauna for duration of the stay and also the little on site shop. David, Marcia and James were so friendly and accommodating. My favourite part was definitely my morning shower looking out across the meadow.

The hut was absolutely lovely, in a great field which was perfect for the dog to run around freely. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The BBQ was great with logs provided. The local pub was brilliant and there was some great walks nearby. Would highly recommend and will return at some point in the future!

We had an amazing time here! The site was even nicer than I expected from the photos and bigger too. We had 14 people there very comfortably, the bell tents were spacious and actually quite cool in the heat wave. Shower was good and hot, and we loved swimming in the lake. Pete was very helpful at check in and gave us an amazing dinner recommendation nearby. Would definitely stay again!
