This is a luxury holiday home. A beautifully seafront property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Patio doors open onto a fabulous deck overlooking the sea. Central heating & double glazing makes this a wonderful place to stay during the chillier months too. Perfect for a relaxing break by the sea, watching the tides and being as one with nature. A much larger than average open plan living area. This home is over 42ft long x 14ft wide. Beach access is 2 minutes walk. Sorry there is NO WIFI

The 3 bedrooms all have smart TVs as does the lounge & open plan kitchen. WiFi throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen & utility. 2 bathrooms & a luxurious lounge. The house is in an ideal location to explore the beautiful Gower beaches nearby . No pets accepted sorry

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.
