Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Our guest house sits on a secluded, private, peaceful two-acre lot, surrounded by trees, a creek and lots of wildlife. Close by Route 66 and local amenities.

Sam's Workshop - A Tiny Dreamy Studio

Sam's Workshop is a TINY, stand alone studio and was once, as you guessed, Sam's true workshop. You will find a few original elements of this workshop sprinkled through the more modern configuration and decor. This is recognized as a place where dreams can veritably come true. Sam's workshop offers privacy and inspiration as well as a sweet patio just outside the workshop to enjoy the sweet outdoor Ozark air. French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not for use of Airbnb guests.

The Penthouse in Downtown Rogers is a modern and stylish apartment with all the amenities you need for a short stay or a long retreat: sumptious Sleep Number bed and bedding, gourmet kitchen and outdoor barbecue area, luxe shower and outdoor hot tub with an outdoor fire pit to boot. Just 3 blocks from the Railyard mountain bike park, a short trail to lake Atalanta park.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property.

The Little Shop House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located shop home. Located just 3 miles off the new bypass you can easily get anywhere in NWA. Downtown Bentonville is just one exit South or you can head North and enjoy the Elk River in just a short 30 minute drive. After a fun day in NWA enjoy a peaceful night around the fire pit with no city lights to tune out the beautiful stars!
