A secluded stone villa in the mountain village of Spatharei on Samos, 650 m above sea level overlooking the open Aegean. Surrounded by greenery, fruit trees and mountain air, Villa Tovouno is designed for slow outdoor living, with terraces, a 10×4 m pool and long summer evenings. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms and heated jacuzzi plunge pools filled with natural spring water from the mountain. Villa Tovouno hosts up to six guests. Not a resort, but a home within a living Greek village.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
