You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Space is on a lower level not the entire house, however the lower level has its own living room, kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, game room, and bathroom! You will enter through the front door of the main house and the stairs to your basement apartment are just a few steps away! We are located in the country, so it is very quiet, filled with deer, and the perfect place for a little getaway. Also, WiFi isn’t the best living in the country- it can be slow:( but are working on it:)
