Vakantiewoningen met buitenterras in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeber haben uns sehr offen und herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns in dem Haus direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und durchdacht ausgewählt. Man konnte alle seine Sachen gut unterbringen. Die Wohnung war überall extrem sauber und hatte einen angenehmen Geruch. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Waldweg erreichbar in dem wir schöne Spaziergänge mit unser Hündin machen konnten. Danke für die schöne Zeit :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wir waren über Silvester dort 4 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und einem Kleinkind und auch für unseren Jüngsten stand eine komplette Ausstattung bereit und es war alles kindersicher. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Man findet alles was man braucht. Martin war ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Die kleine Wohnung von Katharina und Max war ideal für unseren Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise nach Berlin. Max hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und hilfreiche Tips für den Abend gegeben. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für ein Kurztrip nach Regensburg können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bäcker, Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Stayed here while visiting family a few minutes away. The house was exactly as described. The bus from the train station drops you off right at the corner of the house and the busses are free! House was super quiet. Comfortable beds. Host communicated well in English! Late check out wasn't a problem for the day we checked out. 😀 Thank you, Tanja!!

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Zudem ist sehr ruhig. Der Check-in war äußerst unkompliziert. Ingrid ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert- ich werde wieder kommen! :)

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Eğer kendinizi evinizde hissetmek istiyorsanız bu daire kesinlikle doğru bir tercih olur. Oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Tramvay durağına yürüyerek 10 dakikada, 2-3 dakika yürüyerek de otobüs durağına ulaşabilirsiniz. Yürüyüş yapmayı seviyorsanız güzel bir yürüyüş rotasıyla 30 dakikada şehir merkezine ulaşabilirsiniz. Ev sahibine misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz.

The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

Die Wohnung in Augsburg war etwas ganz Besonderes! alles neu, großzügig und modern eingerichtet. in 15 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn mitten in der Innenstadt, super Parkplatz vor dem Haus und kurzer Weg zur S-Bahn und in den Wald zum joggen. Alle Nachbarn, denen wir begegnet sind, waren sehr freundlich. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, falls es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt!
