Great place to stay. Do not forget to have passport and small deposit on arrival. Do not have microwave but have an oven, electric stove and all the cutlery.

La vue du logement est magnifique. L’hôte était présent pour nous aider et répondre à nos questions. Il y a une cuisine pour les soirs plus relax. La piscine est très apprécié. Il est impératif d’avoir un scooter ou une voiture. Ça facile grandement les déplacements puisque les taxis / Grab coûte cher. Je retournerais sans hésiter si je repasse par Phuket !

Спасибо, наш отдых прошел хорошо. Вилла выглядит так как на фото, не новая мебель, но все неплохое. Удобные три спальни и гостиная, отличный бассейн, новое белье и полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое. Если нам чего то не хватало, то хозяин по нашей просьбе все доставил. Приятно было получить к новому году корзину с фруктами и конфеты детям. Нет фена и кофеварки, так что лучше захватить и учитывать это, если выберете эту виллу. Удобнее иметь машину, чтобы достать все хорошие места. На территории есть спорт зал, территория живописная. Поправилось, что на территории комплекса есть кафе, вкусные завтраки и обеды, можно заказать еду в номер. До пляжа и ближайших магазинов пешком 15 минут. Рекомендую.

Très bon logement permettant d'être loin des zones touristiques de Phuket. le calme absolu avec une très belle vue, notamment sur le Big Buddha de la terrasse. On recommande pleinement ce logement aux visiteurs d'autant plus que les hôtes sont très gentils ! nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente 😉☺️

Gilbert met us on arrival. very friendly and informative. The villa was functional, well-designed and tastefully decorated. It was extremely clean and un cluttered . Beautiful views. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay using the patio and pool.

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Dodkins Family House! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Darla’s mom, who made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly cooperative and friendly. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to respond and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just 1.2 km from Patong Beach and right next to Bangla Road, making it super convenient to explore the area. The ambiance of the house was simply amazing, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket! Would definitely come back.
