It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. In het midden van dit alles, op een idyllische afgelegen locatie op de helling van de bergen, ligt de Hochgruberhof met zijn eigen kaasmakerij. Het twee verdiepingen tellende chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is gebouwd van natuurlijke materialen en meet 70 m2.
