Beveiliging, met alles wat je nodig hebt, supermarkten, apotheken, restaurants, gezondheidscentrum en een eigen toegangsdeur die direct van het zwembad naar het strand gaat. Twee bussen stoppen er een voor Málaga en Fuenguirola en een andere voor Benalmádena. Het heeft ook een eigen parkeerplaats, met een toeslag van 10 euro per dag.
