Vakantiewoningen met open haard in Porto

A very well-equipped house in a lovely seaside village, larger than the photos make it seem. Antonio greeted us like we were old friends and was really helpful with a couple of logistical issues caused by our late arrival. Miramar is a smashing little spot with a couple of nice eateries. 20 minutes on the train from central Porto and half an hour walk down the beach to the more bustling village of Aguda.

El alojamiento es ideal para familias o grupos grandes, la casa está ubicada en un entorno agradable con fácil aparcamiento a 15 min en coche de Porto. Destacaria la cocina que era muy amplia y pasamos ratos fantásticos en el Office con su gran mesa y grandes ventanales al bosque. La zona de sofás del salón era más austera y no cambiamos todos. Lo único a tener en cuenta de la cocina es que no hay lavavajillas ni lavadora. Los baños están todos muy bien, uno en planta baja y 2 en la primera planta, uno de ellos en suite, así que queda la única pega es que solo queda 1 baño para el resto de las 3 habitaciones + los que están en el atico puesto que no tienen baño, aunque tiene un pequeño lavado y un tocador. La mejor habitación es la del baño en suite, el resto tienen malos colchones, sobre todo los 2 colchones de 90cm. Por último, destacar el trato amabilísimo del Sr Arthur, ha sido un anfitrion excelente, siempre muy dispuesto a ayudar en que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien passée. La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la plage. Séjour très agréable et Ruca au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

I had a great stay at Daniel’s home. The sun was hitting beautifully and the space was perfect for my one night stay. It was also very close to the airport, which I needed to be at by 430 a.m. would definitely stay again for longer!

La maison est située en bord de mer (la plage est à moins de 5 min de marche) et donne sur un jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu facilement visiter les environs (Gaïa, Aveiro, Porto). Mention spéciale pour Hugo qui est très disponible et dispense de bons conseils.

Великолепные очень атмосферные апартаменты в шикарном районе! С большим вкусом оформлена гостиная, в доме много старинных предметов. При этом абсолютно всё функционально. Три полностью оборудованные ванные комнаты, большой объем геля для душа. Очень хорошо оборудована кухня. Есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для приготовления еды, кастрюли, сковородки, все необходимые мелочи, есть даже блендер, кофемашина и капсулы кофе. Апартаменты очень просторные, светлые. Гостиная и столовая выходят окнами на проспект, буквально в одном квартале от Дома Музыки, а все спальни выходят во двор, поэтому спать комфортно и тихо. Очень хорошие удобные кровати и подушки. Общение с Тиаго было приятным, он очень подробно и быстро отвечал на сообщения. Заселение прошло идеально, мы не ждали ни одной минуты! Кроме того, Тиаго прислал нам подробный гайд с рекомендациями. Я благодарна Тиаго за гостеприимство и очень рада, что мы выбрали его прекрасный дом. И я надеюсь вернуться снова!

My family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2teens) stayed at the manor house for 4 nights in April. What a unique house! Beautiful building right next to the Se cathedral - right in the heart of the city. Instructions were clear and we were able to store our luggage onsite prior to official check in. The home has an outstanding view and it is light, bright and airy with outstanding period charm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure good but the WiFi was glitchy. The owner was very responsive and went above and beyond when my son forgot his cell phone in the apartment after we checked out. The owner facilitated immediate retrieval which allowed us to catch our bus on time! It was much appreciated! I would recommend staying here!

We loved Carlos' apartment, his hosting, his style! Would choose it again. highly recommended!

Nous sommes une famille de 4, nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Julio. Il a été très accueillant et gentil. L'appartement est excellent très très propre, très bien situé, juste au bord de la mer, très calme et confortable. Nous le recommandons à 100%. Un grand Merci à Julio

Wij zessen hebben het super gehad bij Marcos . was ook heel fijn dat we nog twee nachten terug konden ih appartement toen we door stroomstoring niet naar Nederland konden vliegen .ook hebben we genoten van Porto en wij gingen met bolt naar de stad en terug .Het is echt een aanrader. We stayed for more than a week at Manuela's place and had a great time. Manuela and her son Daniel were very welcoming from the check-in till then end of the stay (thanks for the delicious port wine!). The house is better than the pictures - cozy living room, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and lovely garden ... with a hot tub! Porto old city is 20mins drive, Aveiro is 40mins and Douro Valley is around 1.20mins from the place. There is a lovely restaurant by the river around 500mts away. Steep down and uphill walk but amazing views and very good traditional Portugese food. Good to have own transport (you can park inside or on the street) but there is a bus stop just few feet away from the house (we didn't use it as we had our own car). Overall a lovely stay. Thanks Manuela and Daniel for hosting us!

Joanna’s friend Cristina welcomed us upon arrival and was responsive to any inquiries we had. They allowed me to have a dinner party there to celebrate my 40th birthday with a recommended private chef Emidio to share Portuguese cuisine. The property was incredible! Recommend during summer months to enjoy the pool. Thank you Joanna and Cristina!

Beautiful home in amazing location! Antonio’s place was incredible. More than enough space for family of 5 with really picturesque courtyards for enjoying the mild temperatures plus it was just across the street from the beach. The home was well-appointed, clean and had all we needed to make meals at home. It is a truly special place and Antonio was a wonderful, responsive host. We loved the restaurant he recommended. Can’t wait to come back again!

Manu est une hôtesse très accueillante, avec plein de bons conseils sur les visites (caves sur le Douro....) et les lieux incontournables. A recommander sans hésitation. Le logement proposé est conforme à la description et dispose de beaucoup d'espace (très bien équipé et très propre)

Het in 2015 gerenoveerde huis is voorzien van drie slaapkamers, 3,5 badkamer. Het was een prima accommodatie voor een verblijf van een week om Porto en omgeving te bekijken. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk, zeer warm. Het huis beschikt over een prachtig terras, een (onverwarmd) infinity pool met mooi uitzicht over de vallei en Duoro en beschikt over een (schone!) Weber BBQ. Veel privacy om met je gezelschap buiten te genieten. 15-20 Mbps internet voldoende om je digitaal voor te bereiden op een dagtrip. Ondanks dat de brandmeldinstallatie niet helemaal stabiel was, heeft de eigenaar er alles aan gedaan om dit tijdens ons verblijf te verbeteren. Voor een verblijf net buiten Porto met rust en ruimte is dit een prima locatie.

The Villa was clean, super spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Just a 2 min walk from the beach, with a bakery and some restaurants also close by. Everything worked out just perfect and we had no complaints and Clara responded to messages relatively quickly. We really enjoyed the Villa and our stay. The only issue was communicating with the person who we had to contact when we needed something once we stayed at the Villa, response to our questions was usually late.

The house was very lovely. Super clean and everything just like described. The view was beautiful. The city center is easy to reach by Uber. Clare was a lovely host. Very easy to reach and replied fast. She gave us a lot of great recommendations.

Daniel and Katrina are already good friends. They are good people, easy to communicate and very helpful. They were impeccable in welcoming my family into their home. I highly recommend them!
