Large main door flat with one en-suite bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and also a separate shower. Toiletries are supplied. There is a separate W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. The living room has two couches, a smart TV with Freeview, DVD player & WiFi. On street parking only. There are bus stops to Edinburgh (approximately 50 mins) and the coastal towns of East Lothian just outside your front door. Self check in makes arrival more flexible. Strictly no smoking or pets.

Perfect for holidays, with family & friends or remote work (2 desks + fibre broadband 200Mbps). Portobello is a thriving part of Edinburgh - abundant hospitality, leisure, retail & community. Sole access to my fully equipped home (2nd floor): 2 bedrooms (1 as super-king OR 2 large single beds, and 2nd as super-king), living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen.

This is a lovely self catering, first floor apartment in a quiet area of Musselburgh. A short walk from the harbor, beach, play park and shops. Approx 8 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 2 miles from Portabello. Musselburgh Race Course is a short walk away, Musselburgh high street a 5 minute walk, Gullane and other golf courses nearby. "We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! We slept peacefully. We loved this apartment and wished we could stay here longer." (Guest review 2019)

There is a new kitchen with sink, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and microwave, cutlery, crockery and glasses. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and space to store clothes. The en-suite is off the bedroom with a mains shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and towels

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.

An entire private place (attached to our house) approx 25sqmtrs with your own entrance to a clean, tidy, well lit, self contained personal living space with comfortable sofa, mini kitchen/dining, through to a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, in addition the sunroom offers stunning panoramic views of Edinburgh and the river Forth. Bread, milk, cereal, butter, jam, coffee and tea are all provided along with kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge.

Welcome to No. 20, The High Street, Cockenzie! This idyllic fisherman’s cottage dates back to the 17th-century. It is the perfect holiday retreat for families, walkers on the John Muir Way - or simply for a romantic getaway. The views are spectacular. The cottage directly faces the sandy beach, a perfect little rocky cove, and the sea beyond. The sunsets are breath-taking and you may even glimpse dolphins and seals in their natural habitat.
