Had a great stay at Albertos. Alexa was there to meet us as soon as we got in touch to say we'd arrived earlier than expected. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable. Location was good (on a quiet sidestreet) 30 yards away from No.2 bus (usually quite crowded) that takes you straight into Venice. Pattisserie across the road and a supermarket 5 minute walk away. Some tips during your stay. Ubers are very expensive but also watch out for local taxi drivers. We had one that took us on an extended tour of Mestre. Luckily we had our GPS on and caught him at it. Knocked down his 26 euro fare to 10 when confronted. Make sure you get a price and address of where you are going. Beware of ordering a large beer at some establishments or you might get a very expensive 1 Litre drink. A day trip to Verona is a good option by train (there are cheap fare options during the day). Don't worry about pushing and jostling to get on to Vaperettos. Every else does it.

Ottima esperienza. Dennis è superflessibile e disponibile, ha offerto anche di togliere la sua auto dal garage per ospitare la nostra. Appartamento perfetto, molto grande, pulitissimo e ben riscaldato: abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in inverno e grazie alla cucina bene attrezzata abbiamo potuto vivere come a casa nostra. Comodo autobus per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti (ma la domenica corse ogni ora, controllate gli orari). Decisamente raccomandabile.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Giuseppe und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Räume sind hell und sehr großzügig, viel Platz für alles. Es gibt Bücher, Puzzle und Spiele zum Beschäftigen, in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war unkompliziert und hilfreich, er war auch für Fragen rasch erreichbar. Allerdings war die Matratze im Doppelbett sehr dünn und hart, das muss man mögen... Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen! Danke Giuseppe!

Luca's place was a fantastic base for our day trips to Verona and Venice. Tucked away in a serene spot yet conveniently close to the highway, the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. Spotless and spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, Luca thought of every small detail that one might need while staying there. The nice private garden was a standout feature because it was a great place to have a morning coffee, listening to birds singing while planning the trips for the day. And let’s not forget the cute cat Sakura who just loves to be cuddled. But we must especially mention Luca's exceptional hospitality, which truly stood out. We had some trouble with our car, so we reached out to Luca for help. He immediately found a great car mechanic who fixed our car the next morning. Luca, thank you very much for saving our trip once again! Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Luca's apartment. It’s a comfortable, well-located haven with a truly wonderful host!

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Mestre & Venedig. Danke der Unterkunft hatten wir einen schönen ruhigen Ort der sich wie Zuhause angefüllt hat. Sowohl Bad, Küche als auch Schlafzimmer hatten eine Top Ausstattung uns hat nix gefehlt! es gab sogar Hygiene Artikel falls man was vergessen hat und auch einen Schrank mit Snacks. Valerio war sehr zuvorkommend & Flexibel er hat schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns im Vorhinein eine top Liste an Restaurants und anderm geschickt, das war sehr hilfreich. Danke für diese toll Unterkunft Wir könne sie sehr empfehlen!

This is a lovely apartment and was perfect for our stay. It’s clean and comfortable. Everything was well organised and Cetty has gone to great care to make settling into the apartment real simple, with handy videos to explain things like the access, parking, bins etc. The area is very peaceful with beautiful settings. We went to ski. You can drive to Tulot ski lift in 5 minutes or up the mountain to Madonna di Campiglio in 15. There is ample free parking at both. The ski bus stops in Carisolo village also. The parking Cetty recommended we use was out of service due to building renovations but it was easy to find a space just a short walk away. There’s a supermarket 2 min walk away. I did three lovely runs from the apartment up some beautiful mountain trails taking me past beautiful and very old churches and waterfalls. A great base for our trip.

Das Check-in verlief sehr flexibel. Der Gastgeber nahm sich genügend Zeit, um die ganze Anlage zu zeigen. Man kann den tollen, grossen Indoorspielplatz nutzen. Zudem gibt es ein Hallenbad mit Rutsche und einer dazugehörenden Sauna! Ein Gym ist auch dabei! Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist modern, das Badezimmer tipptopp. Zudem hat man vom Balkon einen super Ausblick auf die Berge!

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e devo dire veramente molto comodo. Molto preciso nelle indicazioni e casa ben tenuta e pulita.. lo consiglio a chi si trova nella zona.. grazie

Simeone was a fantastic host. Very responsive and approachable. The bikes were awesome and great for our family to get to all the local spots without the need for a car. The apartment is very homely and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is great to relax in after a day on the bikes and lake. The location is close enough to Malcesine for an easy lake side bike ride along a bike path, but also away from the crowds. It is also a great location to access multiple Windsurf, Kitesurf and Wing Foil spots. Plenty of SUP and Kayaking near by. Lovely to paddle down to the fort. We stayed during one of the hottest days of the year (37degrees). Whilst there is no ac, properly managing the ventilation of the property and some additional fans greatly helped beat the heat. This was a wonderful property for our active family. We stayed 5 days and only used the car once to go to Torbole. Never short of things to do. We could have stayed longer!

Localizzato in una posizione meravigliosa sul lago di Garda, l' appartamento era confortevole con ampie camere molto comode e pulite. Spazio esterno attrezzato molto bello. Biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti.

tutto perfetto. un pò di problemi con il segnale del telefono che è bassissimo e con il wi fi che è free ma funziona male. ottimo posto auto e deposito sci, residence di gran lunga il migliore di tuttinglina di Marilleva 1400. ero in viaggio di piacere misto a business in quanto interessato ad acquistare degli appartamenti quindi tutto sommato direi 🔝🔝🔝

Franco e sua moglie sono persone accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e hanno avuto un occhio di riguardo per i nostri cani. Il giardino è impeccabile, la casa dispone di tutto il necessario e Franco sempre presente ma mai invadente. il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero rilassante. Torneremo!

Alloggio sopra alle aspettative molto bello e curato giardino privato ampie vetrate e soleggiato cucina ben attrezzata anche se non l’ho utilizzata oltre al giardino privato un altro giardino con olivi e due spazi per grigliate e in un altro spazio piscina condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Veramente molto soddisfatto lo raccomando. Grazie a Maurizio.

Dom zdecydowanie wart polecenia dla większej rodziny. Ma wszystko co potrzebne i piękny widok na góry i dolinę Val di Sole.

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Ho passato due giorni con la mia famiglia nella splendida casa di Ezio. La casa rispecchia esattamente le foto e le descrizioni, così come l'area esterna, e tutto è curato con attenzione. Cercavamo due giorni di relax ed è proprio quello che abbiamo trovato. L'area è particolarmente silenziosa e vicinissima al lago di Caldonazzo. La possibilità di utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata la sera, con vista sulle montagne circostanti e le stelle, è la ciliegina sulla torta della casa. Ezio ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli utili sulle attività da svolgere, dove mangiare e tutto il necessario. Ci siamo veramente sentiti come degli amici dei padroni di casa. Ultimo plus: ci è stata richiesta la massima attenzione alla raccolta differenziata, cosa che ci ha fatto notevolmente piacere.

location molto tranquilla e abbastanza centrale per visitare vari mercatini come bolzano, merano. Stefano persona gentilissima e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto anche con un pensierino di benvenuto, consiglio vivamente il suo alloggio, da tornarci sicuramente anche d'estate.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus Waldfrieden. Die Kommunikation war super und wir wurden durch Bernadette super herzlich empfangen. Da die Geschäfte schon zu hatten hat sie uns sogar mit ein paar Lebensmitteln ausgeholfen. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder ☺️☺️
