Matthew was a great host. He was able to speak to 24/7. Awesome dude. Everything Matthew listed was accurate and spot on. House was clean and ready to roll. Slightly smaller than I thought. Master Bedroom bathroom was small. But honestly, we have no complaints. It was a great experience, and between the Host being so helpful and the surrounding neighborhood, we would rent this place again. Great times. 2 adult. 3 Teens. 2 Little Dogs. We all loved it. BBQ and Hot Tub in backyard deck.... A + ...... Give this place a try!

We had such a great getaway at the cabin! The whole house was well stocked and very clean. The extra toys and games was so nice for the kids. Bike rides during the day and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The fireplace was so nice in the evenings to get cozy and warm. Shane is an amazing host! He checked in on us to make sure all was going well with our stay. We have stayed at many homes in Sunriver in the past, Shane’s cabin has exceeded them all! Can’t wait to come back soon 😊

We booked a last-minute vacation to Sunriver to enjoy the snow over the long weekend. Bennington Properties was quick to respond and happily accommodated our plans. The cabin was exactly as pictured - very spacious for the two of us, well-appointed, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the hot tub being on and ready to go for our arrival. Our only issue was when we arrived, the driveway and path had been cleared to what is considered the back door, not the front door with the key code. We eventually figured out how to get inside and Bennington Properties sent someone first thing in the morning to clear a path to the correct door. We would definitely rent from this group again!

Phaedras place was lovely. The hot tub, fireplace and back porch were lovely amenities. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We appreciated the access to spices and a few cooking staples.

My family and I enjoyed this modern rustic feel house close to Sunriver Village and the SHARC. The pictures match the house perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Our host was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be rebooking this house in the future.

This home was lovely to stay at with our kids, the perfect size and great location - easy access to the SHARC. It was a well maintained home, comfortable beds and clean.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Super cute and clean cabin with all the amenities and the host Ashlie was very helpful and friendly! We loved everything about the cabin!! The location of the cabin was beautiful in the trees and peaceful! We walked/biked around the area and it was really nice! 20 min Bend and 20 min Mt Bachelor! We definitely would come back and stay at the cabin again!!

Thomas was great to work with. The house was great with plenty of room for us. Outdoor was nice, seeing deer and a friendly Blue Jay. Grill was clean and made for great BBQ. House area was peaceful. Water toys and bikes were a great additional to the rental.

This place is the embodiment of a perfect weekend getaway. Close enough to go out for brunch or feel unbothered if you forgot to pack something, but far enough to feel peacefully secluded. The hike to Tumalo Falls can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be, but definitely doable using the cabin as a starting point. Above all, there's something magical about waking up and looking out into the trees. This place provides that magic. I'll be back.

Megan’s house was amazing. it was exactly what the pictures looked like. We loved the two levels. it was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. The stove was a little complicated to use at first but once u figure it out it works very well . Will definitely be staying here again

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the ability to let our dog roam in the large backyard. The house was great and we enjoyed a fire in the wood stove.

Maya‘s place was very cozy and well equipped. She even provided several throws to use when snuggling by the fireplace. Lovely neighborhood with walking trails.

My SO and I came for our anniversary with our two dogs and not only did we have an amazing stay, the dogs loved the yard and the space to run! We had such a good stay, the cabin was such a fun weekend get away, and Matt was super helpful from booking to check out. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends!

There are many places to choose from in Sunriver and I’m so happy we chose this one! It was warm, cozy, and the perfect quiet location close to everything you need! The hot tub is perfect right off the master. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

We had a great time at Meagan's place. It was the most affordable spot in Seventh Mountain Resort and there are lots of activities to do at the resort. The climate control was very good in the condo- temps stay stable and it is super comfortable.

Had a great stay in Sun River. The place had everything we needed to cook dinners and do laundry. The deck would be really nice in the summer and faces the pathway. Cute decor and ample places to put our things. Would stay again!

We wanted to escape the normal holiday stress & chaos this year & this place gave us exactly what we were after & then some. It was so cozy & comfortable & welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our time & will absolutely return! Thank you for offering your home!

Another tranquil & serene week w/ Thor, Angela, Marj & team on the Metolius! 5 STARs & then some 👌🏼👌🏼 This was my third visit to the property & I think it just keeps getting better & better. This trip, I got to bring my half-sister & next adventure, we hope to share a cabin & the Metolius Magic w/ our mother! The Ponderosa cabin is my favorite so far. It’s a little smaller than the Manzanita cabin but the kicker is its fireplace & location/deck so close to the river. I would highly recommend the Ponderosa cabin to a couple looking for a romantic time in a quaint cabin. I shared it instead with my half-sister, but made it all work out with a very comfy rollaway bed that Mark brought us on arrival. I’ve been an Airbnb Super Host for 8 years (4 listings in Teton Valley - look me up by searching “Sunlit Grand Teton Chalet!) & each time I visit HOM, I take notes and get inspired to make little changes to improve my guests overall experience. Comfy beds, very clean, loved the linens, backs up to forest, neighbors are far enough away but it’s still pretty close to Sunriver. He’s replaced the hot tub with a very cute sauna. The queen bed is upstairs in a loft area.

It was a wonderful stay…nestled in the trees and away from town. So quiet and peaceful! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. I definitely recommend staying here. A+++
