Vakantiewoningen met vuurplaats in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation! From the moment we arrived, Michela, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with extra blankets when the weather turned colder. The house itself exceeded all of our expectations – it was even better than we could have dreamed! Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa gracias a la amabilidad y atención de la anfitriona, quien además nos sorprendió con un detalle maravilloso: un pan delicioso acompañado de vino y embutidos típicos de la zona, un gesto que realmente apreciamos. мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Il paesino di Caprile è stato per noi una piacevole scoperta: intimo e tranquillo immerso nella natura ma comunque a pochi minuti di macchina dai servizi principali. Abbiamo avuto modo sia di poter fare belle passeggiate sia di poter esplorare il territorio con facilità. La casa di Michele ha un carattere tutto suo e si assapora l’influenza di diverse culture. Tutto è curato dall’interno all’esterno. La terrazza dispone anche di una postazione per il barbecue e si può approfittare del pollice verde di Michele per arricchire i piatti con le sue erbe aromatiche. La vasca idromassaggio offre un fantastico relax. Michele si è dimostrato un ottimo ospite.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

Endroit idéalement situé entre Pesaro Urbino permettant d’allier culture et nature ( parc naturel gorges de Furlo Accueil intentionné de Paola discète chaleureuse et de bons conseils allant même jusqu’au nous aider pour changer nos billets de spectacle ! Enfin les soirées face à la ville d’Urbino sous un ciel étoilé sont magiques ! Merci pour ce séjour !

Tiziana e Hubert tengono l'appartamento come un gioiellino. Alla sera e al mattino si può godere di un silenzio e una pace ineguagliabili. La mia cagnolina si è divertita molto a correre nel prato. La strada per raggiungere la casa è 15 minuti di macchina da Torricella, una strada sterrata che con una guida esperta si riesce ad affrontare anche con un'utilitaria. Consigliato per tutti gli amanti della natura e della tranquillità.

ci siamo trovati benissimo, Alex e sua moglie sono persone gentili e disponibili in qualsiasi momento. ho apprezzato il fatto che abbiano accolto i nostri tre cani ,e non e facile che un host ne accolga più di uno soprattutto di grossa taglia. nonostante l appartamento sia vicino alla strada e alla stazione non è stato fastidioso. la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti anche se noi per comodità con i cani abbiamo utilizzato la macchina

Mauro e la sua famiglia sono persone speciali. speriamo un giorno di poter tornare un quel appartamento fantastico.

Nell’appartamento piano terra, ben rifinito di tutto il necessario e ben tenuto. Ottima posizione. Host premurosa ed attenta durante il soggiorno che tutto andasse per bene e che non avessimo necessità. Unica pecca è stata probabilmente un incomprensione: la casa poteva ospitare 3/4 persone, nella prenotazione iniziale ho prenotato per me e mia figlia, nel corso della settimana ho chiesto di poter “aggiungere “ per una notte 2 persone e per 3 notti mio marito, mi è stato detto che non c erano problemi, aspettandomi di dover pagare la tassa di soggiorno. In fase di check out mi è stata chiesta una differenza di 35€ a notte per persona + la tassa di soggiorno. Penso potesse che fosse stato corretto farmelo presente quando ho chiesto di aggiungere le persone , visto che non è presente nessuna nota nelle condizioni della casa. È solo una questione di chiarezza. A parte questo consigliato.

La casa di Giulio si trova proprio su uno dei più bei sentieri di questa zona. Cercavamo una vacanza serena, riposante e immersi nella natura, e questo bellissimo alloggio ci ha dato tutto quello che cercavamo! I letti erano molto comodi e spaziosi, la cucina era molto efficiente e ci siamo subito sentiti accolti a Cerreto. La vista sul monte, poi, era davvero straordinaria! Giulio è stato gentilissimo e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande, dandoci preziose indicazioni per escursioni, visite e ristoranti della zona. Ci ha subito fatti sentire come a casa nostra e non possiamo che consigliare di cuore di soggiornare da lui!

Wir wurden sehr flexibel und freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern! Ein sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Chiara ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Anwesens ist wunderschön auf einem Hügel mit Meerblick gelegen. Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der wundervolle Pool und die vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien laden zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Für uns einfach: perfekt!

10 giorni di vacanza in questa casa, ho stato molto felice, un bellísimo posto in mezzo della Natura, comunque fantastico, Roberta molto gentile è solare. La casa molto particolare, tutto pulito e sistemato. Io sonó molto contenta di avere scelto questa casa per fare la mia vacanza. Ci pensò di tornare tra un po’. Grazie mille ☺️

Un logement plein de charme en pleine campagne d'Émilie-Romagne. La maison est très bien décorée et tout le nécessaire est fourni. Bel extérieur avec table et hamac. Tout est très propre. Roberta nous a très bien accueillie et il a été facile de communiquer avec elle. Le logement est assez isolé, accessible via des routes sinueuses et il y a pas mal de moustiques. Les chambres sont assez proches et les salles de bains partagées. Ce Airbnb reste un super emplacement pour profiter du calme de la campagne et aller faire un tour à Saint-Marin (30 minutes).

Il posto è meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, Roberta e Cinzia sono due Host discrete e professionali attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è ospitale e abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per una colazione ricca e variegata. I nostri cani ben accetti e uno splendido guardino.

Casa immersa nel verde con ampio giardino e splendide passeggiate nei dintorni, posto meraviglioso.
