Aegean House

A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

Ev kaloriferli dir ve WIFI Internet var.Adanin en cok yeşil olan Fransiz tatilköyü,Ömer tatilķöyü ve Notestik sitesine 3 dakikalik mesafede.En güzel koylar yüzmek ve yürüyüs yapmak için ideal.Huzur sakinlik ve zindelik arayanlar icin tam adres.Göze hitap eden herşey çok güzel.Cocuklu yada yanliz hicbirseye ihtiyac duymadan kendinizi evinizde hissedeceginiz mekan.Saglikla bekleriz.. --------------- hidden gem in nature yet still central. Beach clubs ( jojo, Rei etc.) are only few minutes away.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Unique property sits on a small rock surrounded by sea. Perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families, fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer. Tourism here is laid back. The island itself has plenty to explore, excellent hiking through picturesque mountain villages, ancient ruins, museums, galleries and day trips to Turkey -not to mention the stunning beaches. Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
