We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy condo, very clean and minimal - highly recommend! I am saving this accomodation for our next trip to Baguio :)

I have been living in Green Valley Village, the City Hub, Brent Hill, and this residence is one of the quietest place of my stay. The decoration inside the house made me feel relaxed, the view of the balcony was nice, and the hosts are patient to answer my inquiries in detailed, and the wifi was good as well, allowing me to do some works with my laptops. And it is the only one airbnb to me in Baguio which I can get rid of the dog barking at sleeping time in which I think it's the best part of the residence so far. Sometimes the neighbours may makes some noise but maybe just one or two minutes, no big deal. Overall, it was a nice day, if I have chance, I would definitely come back again, thank you for letting me staying here.

The place ideal for a big family.. can accomodate 20+ pax that can comfortably sleep.. it has complete kichenwares. Bathroom is very clean. The area is safe and quiet.. my kids enjoyed the place. Maam Hosanna is very accomodating and responsive. Will definitely comeback here.

Our stay at Edgar's place made our LU trip truly special and FUN. Overall, we recommend booking his place for your stay. It’s a bit of a walk to head to surf town as it will take around 30 mins to get there on foot, so it’s best to take a trike or bring a car (but make sure the locations have parking). The place is clean and comfy. It has everything you need: smartTV, wifi, a few boardgames, cooking area (dirty and clean kitchen), and an outdoor patio. It's also a 3-5min walk to a beach side for your daily dose of nature. The host, Edgar was very accommodating. He gave a quick tour as soon as we arrived, he lent us a tent and chairs to set up at the beach nearby and helped set up the tent with us. (Thank you, Edgar!!!) He and Miriam also sent over a fruit basket, which we loved! Great constant communication over Airbnb too. Honestly, the hospitality is what made the stay so incredible. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Edgar for the wonderful stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect and deserves every one of its five stars. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I especially loved the balcony view and the quiet, secure atmosphere of the building. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place.

I was a solo traveller but my room is good to bring my 2 friends along. Sir Jose is very helpful and responsive. I also love the fact that the unit is nearby every places to visit in Baguio. The room is very clean and organized and I also love that I have everything I need in it. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and will book this unit again when I come back for a longer stay. ❤️

The place was very cozy and homey and was perfect for our group. Space was pet friendly and they also provided a pet bed. It has all the necessities, all amenities are as listed. Everyone had their own bed and all 3 rooms were nicely set up. Location was accessible, had parking, and was across Good Shepherd and Mines View. Asha was a good host and very helpful and responsive. We had a fuss free stay at their unit!

Our family had a great stay here! Mary Grace was very responsive; it was a bit hard to locate the place due to newly constructed area but apart from that, everything worked out great. Having it on beach front was the amazing part of it! Will definitely stay here again...

Had an awesome stay here. Perfect spot for our big group and super cozy, clean, and spacious. The host was really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommending this place to anyone heading to Baguio.
