"La Pitchoune" wat liefkozend "De kleine" betekent, ligt op een terrein van 1,4 hectare, met gazon, bloemen, weide, bos. U vindt er een zwembad (4x8 meter) omgeven door een terras. U heeft direct toegang vanaf het terrein tot wandel- en mountainbikepaden. Het huisje is helaas niet geschikt voor rolstoelen.
