Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.
