Maria is an incredible host, communicative and helpful whilst giving us space. Her property was welcoming, warm, characterful and immaculate. My daughter and I had a wonderful, peaceful stay and deeply appreciated conversing with the animals and enjoying the outdoor space. We slept like logs with the logburner and extremely comfortable beds. This is the perfect place to slow down and breathe. Stunning views all around. We hope to return for another stay one day.

Couldn’t ask for a more gracious host than Dean. He was so helpful and accommodating even before we arrived at his beautiful, modern home. My husband enjoyed the outdoor hot tub every morning. Everything for our comfort was available and Dean was immediately responsive when we had a question or request. Our twin teen girls joined us for 2 weeks while they were on spring break (we rented Dean’s house for the month of March) and when we asked them to name the top 3 highlights of their visit, they said: shotover jet, staying in Dean’s house, luging in Queenstown. Thanks Dean!! 5 stars all the way.

Arrowtown Country Cottage - Walk to the Village!

Awesome location , beautiful surroundings with lots of outdoor space to roam and kids to play. Very kid friendly our daughter loved the playhouse, multiple swings from the trees, sandpit and provided books. Cottage was equipped with everything we needed and we had a lovely stay.

Really lovely property with super comfy beds. Beautiful decor and well appointed (such as coffee pods, a range of teas, shampoo and conditioner (which we forgot!) and washing powder for when you weren’t planning on doing laundry while on holiday!). Nice to have a fire (with easy to access fire wood). Easy to access and great comms. Thanks!

Mark & Judi were wonderful, thoughtful and friendly hosts who made us feel at home from minute-one of our stay. And what a home: so spacious and beautifully appointed with marvellous vistas from almost every room. My partner and I were out-and-about most days on trails and walks, so to come back to the comfort and effortless luxury of Mark and Judi’s place was a real treat. We should add that even though it was just the two of us, the property would easily accommodate up-to four couples or a big family. The location in Fern Hill is private and quiet and yet super-convenient to Queenstown’s various restaurants, shops and attractions. Overall, we were delighted with our decision to stay at Mark and Judi’s place. It was indeed a ‘Remarkable Escape’. Needless to say, we’d happily stay again.

The view from the home overlooking the mountains and lake is stunning! The linens, towels, and kitchen items were all high quality. The house is located just a short walk to town. One of the best Airbnbs that we have ever stayed in.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

We had a great stay. The house is lovely and comfortable with fantastic views. Michael is a very responsive and helpful host and we enjoyed the delivery of 6 fresh eggs 🥚 to our door. Can highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Arrowtown Motel and Apartments. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful and close to everything Arrowtown has to offer. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans le magnifique appartement de Rachel. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et est extrêmement bien équipé. Il est à 10-15 minutes à pied du lac et du centre de Wanaka, ce qui est très pratique. Rachel est une hôte très réactive et agréable, qui répond rapidement et est très disponible. Il y a des recommandations dans l'appartement quant à quoi faire dans le coin également. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour en famille et recommandons donc fortement cet appartement!
