My flat is directly overlooking the Harbour & sea on the ground floor. I have poured a lot of love into it, making it ready and am excited to share it with you. You can walk along the west cliff directly from the flat with more lovely views across the sea. I love Ramsgate and am sure you will too.

The flat is a really lovely spacious one bedroom basement property. It has its own private entrance with a key safe for easy access. It also has parking which is often rare in Broadstairs and it can be very difficult to find a parking space on a summers day. We have an area in the communal garden for a barbecue or to enjoy your morning coffee. We are literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. You can see from the photos the most amazing sea view as you enter Granville road.
